Second, when you transfer ownership to us of assets that still retain book value, you can remove the asset value from your balance sheet and avoid asset-related taxes. You’ll also still have full use of your assets, as we’ll lease the technology back to you but on a much more cost-friendly capex price per port (or user) basis.

Over time, we’ll continually look for ways of improving the rate and flexibility of our service too. So you might prefer a leasing agreement whereby we own the technology located on your premises or you might want to move to a fully hosted communication services model. We’ll do the hard work sweating your assets, but the choice of service model is yours.
